Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Mille Lacs Band would hire a professional energy auditing firm (Sustainable Engineering Group LLC) to conduct energy audits of the main tribal government buildings in District I of the reservation: the Government Center (50,600 square feet), the Assisted Living Unit (33,000 square feet), and the Clinic (18,000 square feet).
