Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve the purchase and installation of a solar thermal system to be focused on producing domestic hot water, functioning in conjunction with the existing boiler system at the tribal washeteria. The system will consist of 200 square feet of flat panel collectors, rack-mounted on the roof of the facility, and 240 gallons of water storage. It is expected that the system will significantly reduce heating fuel consumption used to fuel the boiler.
