Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant. 1) Develop the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy, 2) conduct energy audits (approval of audits only excludes implementation), 3) indoor and outdoor lighting retrofits at several government facilities, 4) replace natural gas water heater systems on government facilities, 5) replace warning light assemblies at schools in Athens-Clarke County, 6) install a roof-mounted photovoltaic system at the Athens-Clarke County Multi-Modal Transportation Center, and 7) replace heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system at Data Processing Center.
