Installation of grade-control structures to reduce the potential for transport of low-level polychlorinated biphenyl contamination in the sediment deposits of the Pueblo and DP Canyon watersheds. The grade-control structures would result in reduced-flow velocities and peak discharge during flood events and should reduce erosion of contaminated deposits downstream of the structures.
