Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed activity includes implementing energy efficiency retrofits on up to five (5) tribal residences. Energy efficiency retrofits may include (a) installation of Energy Star rated appliances (for example, refrigerators, stoves and hoods, and furnaces), (b) incorporation of other Energy Star rated products (such as, windows, doors, and lighting fixtures), and ? installation of compact fluorescent lamp bulbs, low flow toilets and fixtures, and tankless water heaters.
