Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve conducting energy usage and outreach efforts on energy conservation to tribal members in an effort to reduce fuel emissions as well as the cost of using energy. The tribe proposes to work with the community to reduce total energy usage and improve energy efficiency in the building sector, specifically residential homes.
