The proposed energy efficiency retrofits include two individual activities to be funded under Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant: Activity #1 includes installation of Thermastar Low-E windows on the proposed Spokane Tribe Child Development Center. Activity #2 includes installation of ambient light sensors in the proposed Spokane Tribe Child Development Center.
