Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Tribe will hire an Energy Engineer to audit all of the tribal buildings, facilities and homes. This audit will include site visits and the review of at least one year's worth of energy bills. The information collected from the audits will be used in part to develop the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (under a separate activity).
