Based on the results of the tribal energy audit (conducted under a separate Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funded activity), the Tribe will produce an Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy (EECS). The EECS will include recommendations for energy efficiency upgrades and any other methods that the tribe might need to use as it begins to move towards its ultimate goal of being able to zero-out its energy needs.
