Initially, the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds will be used to retrofit Township-owned buildings and facilities. As energy savings and utility rebates replenish the fund, additional improvements will be made. Ten buildings have been assessed and over two dozen improvements have been identified with reasonable payback periods.
