City of Greenville plans to use a portion of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds to fund retrofits for select city facilities and infrastructure needs as well as replacement or upgrade of municipal buildings: insulation, electric meters, energy management systems (occupancy sensors, computer shut-down software).
