Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Develop an energy efficiency and conservation strategy 2) retrofit elevator controls at City Hall, 3) energy efficient upgrades at the airport, 4) light switch replacement in various city buildings, 5) replacement of 31 cathode ray tube monitors, 6) educational workshop program, 7) traffic signal and street light retrofits, and 8) install carbon dioxide sensors in air handlers and seal windows at the Municipal Building.
