The Murray Hill Recreation Association has requested permission to cross the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) right-of-way under the Keeler-Oregon City and Oregon City Stub corridor in order to access the rear of their sports complex to conduct periodic maintenance. The current project proposes to stockpile sand and transport it along an existing roadway beneath the lines to the athletic fields on their complex. The proposal further requests permission to access their complex two-to-three days a year for one-to-two days at a time using the existing road to conduct future maintenance as required.
