Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Retrofit heating, ventilation, and air conditioning at City Hall and install energy management controls and programmable thermostats in several locations; 2) replace existing lighting fixtures, primarily interior lighting, with more energy efficiency bulbs and ballasts and occupancy sensors; and 3) hire consultant to conduct a transportation/optimization study for the bus transit system.
