Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Calumet City proposes to utilize the funding for the purpose of developing, implementing, and installing an energy efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning system within its municipally-owned police department, and enhance the energy savings technology of the municipal owned buildings as well in the future.
