Methuen will use Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funds to continue to access the services of the Merrimack Valley Planning Commission (MVPC) Regional Energy Coordinator as well as to procure additional technical services as necessary to support the development of projects and analysis of results from retrofit activities.
