Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. Construction of an approximate 1.2 mile segment of bikeway to connect with other existing paths, adjacent to State Route 73, which includes drafting an energy management strategy, completing the engineering design, acquiring easements, obtaining state approvals, performing engineering for retaining wall, conducting archaeological survey, and constructing the bikeway.
