Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. 1) Develop an energy efficiency and conservation strategy (completed); 2) buildings retrofits to City Hall with occupancy sensors, day-lighting controls, bi-level stairway lighting occupancy sensors, and a Visqueen curtain for Server racks; and add 33 solar photovoltaic panels to the existing City Hall system; 3) acquire technical services to set up a system to track metrics data; 4) support the North King County Green Business Conference; and 5) purchase trash compactors for bus stops.
