Energy Efficient and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) Program. The City has already converted its traffic signals to light-emitting diodes (LED). Since then the city has explored various other lighting options to reduce energy consumption and costs. The City will utilize the EECBG funds to install fifty-seven cobra head light fixtures with LED lighting.
