The proposed project would remodel the floor space of the INL Research Center (IRC, IF-603) craft supervisor's office and adjacent craft break room located on the first floor of IF-603. The proposed craft break room would include the floor space of the existing supervisor's office and a portion of the existing break room space. In addition, two new offices and a hallway would be added in the current break room space. The proposed work would include electrical, data drops, possible re-location of fire suppression equipment (overhead sprinklers), and ventilation for each space. Heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) will need to be designed into these spaces. (There is an HVAC supply duct providing ventilation to the break room. Currently there is no ventilation supply to the supervisor's office.) The work is estimated be completed during the first quarter of Fiscal Year (FY)-16 at a cost of approximately $20K.
