In order to meet sustainability goals and reduce energy consumption, modifications to building CF-615 at the Central Facilities Area (CFA) are needed. The proposed action is to perform the following: Remove interior and exterior light fixtures (approximately 123 light sets) and replace with high efficiency light-emitting diode (LED) fixtures; Remove building windows and window frames (20), and replace with new energy efficient windows; Install new Energy Star Northern Climate Certified interior window blinds on all windows (20); Perform test and balance of airflows in the building and fix any infiltration issues; Install metal-faced insulating board on exterior of building foundation; And install expandable foam insulation at each exterior corner.
