The office suite in rooms 184 and 187 in the Willow Creek Building, building IF-616, needs to be remodeled to accommodate new tenants. The proposed action would reconfigure rooms 127A, 184A, 184B, 184C, 187A, 187B, 1SE101, 1SE102, 1SE202 which, when combined, cover approximately 1,850 square feet.
