Department of Energy (DOE) has requested Room 240B in the Willow Creek Building (WCB), building IF-616, be upgraded to a Society for Technical Communication (STC) 45 sound barrier rating. The four walls would be modified to meet the sound barrier standards as described in DOE Order 470.6. In order to support the wall modifications, electrical demolition and installation would occur.
