There is insufficient cooling in rooms B102, B103 and B116 in the Materials and Fuels Complex (MFC) building 752AL. The proposed action would install individual air conditioning (AC) units in each room to provide additional cooling and maintain desired temperature. Installation of AC units would include installation of wall/ceiling mounted evaporator units in each of the rooms with condensing units for each system installed outside near the appropriate room. The following AC units are recommended to be installed: rooms B102 and B116: Mitsubishi PCA-A42KA6 ceiling-suspended indoor unit and PUY-A42NHA6 outdoor unit with 42,000 BTU/hour (3.5 Tons) cooling capacity and room B103: Mitsubishi PKA-A36KA6 wall-mounted indoor unit and PUY-A36NHA6 outdoor unit with 34,200 BTU/hour (2.85 Tons) cooling capacity.
