Building B21-608 is the main building at the CFA Live Fire Range that includes a conference/training room, break room, offices, simulator room, locker/shower rooms, gun cleaning room, and the indoor range. The building is aging and is in need of some updates. The proposed updates will not include any work on the indoor range or gun cleaning room. Updates will include replacing flooring, patching and painting walls, removing a framed partition wall between the break room and conference room, replacing furniture, replacing appliances and modifying plumbing to fit the new appliances.
