DOE LM is proposing to conduct road maintenance at the Naturita disposal site located in Montrose County. The proposed work consists of using an excavator or other large equipment to gather up the rock that has eroded out of the adjacent hillside and is now on the access road. Once collected, the rock would be stockpiled in a location adjacent to existing groundwater monitoring well CM93-2 for possible future road or site repair.
