Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to replace the existing overhead dispersion 36-count fiber optic cable with a non-dispersion shifted 72-count fiber optic cable, to improve BPA’s transmission system and communication needs. The new cable has the same color and finish of the current fiber optic cable but would be 0.09 inches larger in diameter.
