Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) owns and operates the 500 kilovolt Napavine-Allston No. 1 high-voltage transmission line. The line extends from Napavine Substation near Napavine, Washington, in Lewis County, Washington, to Allston Substation near Rainier, Oregon, in Columbia County, Oregon.
