Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to replace and upgrade the existing Ultra-High Frequency (UHF) radio antennas on the radio towers located at the White Bluffs Substation and Ashe Substation. The new antennas would generally be similar in height and size as the existing antennas.
