The proposed action is to resurface the south half of the existing 206 parking lot. This project will remove and replace approximately 33,000 SF (0.76 AC) of asphalt pavement. This project will also include miscellaneous sidewalk, culvert replacement, modification of swales along the edge of the parking lot, flush curbs, and landscaping/trees. The north half of the parking lot will remain as is, or as an option to the construction contract, CX: Be removed and restored with grass.
