Western Area Power Administration proposes to replace three existing wood pole H-frame structures along the Peetz - Sterling segment of the Sidney - Sterling 115-kilovolt Transmission Line located in Logan County, Colorado and Cheyenne County, Nebraska. These structures need to be replaced because they have reached their useful life span, or have been damaged.
