CX-016293: Replacing Carpet & Tile Associated with Radiological Protection Department Offices in K Area Complex Personnel Wing (& Men's Restroom)

This Environmental Evaluation Checklist will be used for removal of carpet (and existing floor tile and mastic beneath carpet which has asbestos containing material) in the Radiological Protection Department offices, Radiological Protection Department supervisor's office, Radiological Protection Department count room, and room across the hallway from the Radiological Protection Department offices, which are located in the Personnel Wing. This activity involves asbestos containing material and will be reviewed to ensure that appropriate waste management and permitting processes are invoked.
