WAPA will remove and update the existing transformers with one large capacity transformer. This large capacity transformer will require a new concrete pad for placement. WAPA will also install an underground electrical conduit that will be buried in a trench (approximately 10 feet long by 42 inches deep). This underground conduit will connect to a newly installed power pole. The pole will connect to the water pumps via above ground wires.
