RICHLAND, Wash. – EM’s Richland Operations Office Volpentest Hazardous Materials Management and Emergency Response (HAMMER) Federal Training Center, hosted more than 80 Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) personnel attending a three-day construction safety workshop. The training included safety-related topics such as material handling, first responder, mask fitting, and forklift operation.
