DOE’s Western Area Power Administration was a cooperating agency in the U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), Central Utah Project Completion Act Office, and the Central Utah Water Conservancy District (CUWCD) EA that evaluates the potential environmental impacts of the proposed Olmsted Hydroelectric Power Plant Replacement Project and related actions. DOE's Western Area Power Administration issued a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) for the Olmsted Power Marketing Plan and has adopted the DOI/CUWDC EA for the Olmsted Hydroelectric Power Plant Replacement Project in Utah County, Utah.
