The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Federal Energy Management Program (FEMP) is proposing to provide federal funding to the International Institute for Sustainable Laboratories (I2SL) in support of a 3-year project to support DOE’s Better Buildings Smart Lab Accelerator Partners.
I2SL would provide the resources to identify and provide prospective Smart lab Accelerator partners, coordinate with the DOE to ensure the program goals are met, and develop a set of tools, guides and training workshops that can be utilized by the partners and the laboratory general industry.
