Western Area Power Administration proposes to conduct routine survey inspections and vegetation management along its Estes - Mary's Lake East and West 115 -kilovolt Transmission Lines in Larimer County, Colorado. Routine vegetation management will be conducted through tree removal and brush clearing along the rights-of-way between the Estes Switchyard and the Mary's Lake Substation.
