Western Area Power Administration proposes to rebuild approximately 3.2 miles of the Archer - Cheyenne North and Archer - Cheyenne South Transmission Lines. The existing wood H-frame structures would be replaced with new wood H-frame structures that would be five-to-ten-feet taller than the existing structures and would have minor structural updates.
