This approved Environmental Review Form (ERF) will serve as a site-wide generic categorical exclusion (CX) to replace Department of Energy (DOE) Argonne Group (ARG) categorical exclusion 121 (Miscellaneous Routine Custodial Activities) dated May 25, 1999. The proposed action include routine custodial activities such as floor cleaning, waste collection and transfer, bathroom maintenance and cleaning, and a wide variety of custodial activities that occur on a regular and routine basis in all laboratory buildings. Additional activities include re-lamping and cleaning light fixtures, washing windows and walls, waxing and sealing floors plus selective furniture and office equipment relocation within buildings and minor snow removal and salt application to remove ice at building entrances.
