Under this Determination DOE is finding that compressors qualify as a covered product under Part A of Title III of the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (EPCA), as amended, and thus would be appropriate for energy conservation standards. This determination does not propose test procedures or energy conservation standards for compressors. This determination is procedural.
