The current raw water supply to the Radioanalytical Chemistry Laboratory (RaCL), building TRA-1627, at the Advanced Test Reactor Complex is not reliable due to poor condition of underground water lines along Marlin Avenue. Failure of the line causes safety issues that interrupt operations at RaCL for extended periods of time. The proposed action is needed to provide an uninterrupted supply of non-potable water to laboratories in TRA-1627.
