Diesel fuel from the supply tank for TRA-786-M-1 diesel was released to soil when the supply line failed. This proposed action is to complete the cleanup of diesel contaminated soil that could not be removed at the time of the spill due to the location of the stabilizer barriers located under the 786-M-1 trailer.
