Western Area Power Administration (Western) proposes to design and install a new drainage system at the Terry Ranch Road Substation, located in Laramie County, Wyoming. The project is needed to prevent water from entering the vault adjacent to the control building, repair existing soil erosion, and help to control and prevent future soil erosion in and/or around the perimeter of the substation.
