Remove damaged parts and clean switchgear at 681-3G. HEPA vacuum will be used for small debris and lead paint. Wet wipes and a water spray bottle will be used to wipe down burnt switchgear. Parts that are damaged beyond repair will be removed and bagged. A scraper/putty knife will be used to remove melted materials. All waste classified as PCB bulk waste will be double bagged.
