Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, services, transportation, storage, and supervision required to manufacture, test, and prepare four new 750 barrel reinforced fiberglass tanks (new WHT-1A, WHT-1B, WHT-1C,and WHT-10 tanks), which will replace the two existing WHT-1 and WHT-10 tanks. Installation of these four new WH tanks will be performed by others under WH-MM-1100.
