Vendor shall provide all transportation and labor required to engineer, furnish and install, test, and make fully operational a full duplex Point to Point 500 Mbps circuit, capable of bursting to 1000 Mbps. The circuit will be used to transfer data from the SPR Network Control Center in New Orleans to the DOE’s Alternate Data Center cage located in the Verizon facility at Irving, TX. The customer interface from the vendor will be a fiber or copper RJ45 Gigabit interface at both locations.
