Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to provide partial funding to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game (IDFG) for materials and construction of a short access road (spur road) along Redfish Lake Creek, approximately five miles south of Stanley, Idaho on property administered by the Sawtooth National Recreation Area, Sawtooth National Forest (SNF).
