MSRI, in conjunction with North Carolina State University, Bio2Electric LLC, and West Virginia University, proposes to conduct laboratory based, small-scale, research and development activities to develop an intermediate-temperature fuel cell capable of electrochemically converting natural gas into electricity and liquid fuels in a single step.
