This activity is to relocate the oil / water separator tank to the 108-1K basement level and to lower the condensate manifold. This would lower the elevation of these components allowing the condensate piping to drain more effectively. This activity includes re-piping or using existing unused pipe from the compressor through the relocated manifold to the relocated oil / water separator tank.
