FTF-TMC-09-005 requires removal because it does not meet code. It removes excess rain water from 242016F Overheads and sends it to F-Area Lift Station Down comer L4. After Temp Mod removal, the piping can not be restored back to it original condition because the underground process sewer piping failed. A design change is required to install blind flanges and status the line as Out of Commission (OOC).
